By accessing or using AscendAZ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
AscendAZ provides AI automation services including AI phone receptionists, SMS automations, and follow-up systems for local service businesses. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.
3. SMS Messaging
By signing up, you consent to receive SMS messages from AscendAZ. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for support. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Payment & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months. Free trials are available for 7 days — you will be charged after the trial ends unless cancelled.
5. Limitation of Liability
AscendAZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 30 days.
